So Thrilled

I am so thrilled that I am able to write on the blog without having to write in a certain way or include certain keywords. It’s just like a conversation between you and me, right? Ok, maybe not, but I hope that I’m at least making it fun to read a bit in the middle of the day, or at night, or whenever.

It’s warmed up again a bit here in NJ, which is disappointing to me. My American bulldog / Terrier mix and she has absolutely no undercoat. It’s a couple of dog fur hairs, then skin, skin, skin. She’s such a cutie though, and very stylish in her coat (from Land’s End, no less.)

As you can probably tell, I’m vamping a bit, since I don’t have a real topic to chat on, but that’s perfectly fine – a little vamping never hurt. And I’m not talking about the Edward kind either.

Speaking of Sir Edward and Twilight, I actually saw the film (did not read the books), and while I was mildly entertained, I don’t get the great hoopla. Granted, the folks in the film are good looking and the setting of the movie gives me a bit of a Twin Peaks feel (remember how folks went ga-ga over that??) but I’ve seen way better vampire movies. Even Queen of the Damned, as boring as that was, was a bit more interesting that this. At least Aaliyah blew stuff up! And I won’t even ask what’s up with the sparkling, ok?

Enough for today. By tomorrow, or later on the in week, I should have it together enough to write exactly how I feel about Princess and the Frog. Note: Thought I haven’t seen it, I don’t care for the whole “hoopla” surrounding it.
