I love having children because it allows you to still be in contact with the children’s world without seeming weird, creepy and immature. For example, I do love that movie Cars from Disney/Pixar as well as the Incredibles. Now, I went to see the Incredibles in the theatre w/out children, under the guise of “screening it” for them. (We decided that they were as yet too young for some the frightening images contained therein. However, Cars, now, that’s a movie. If you like racing and smart remarks like “Racecars don’t need headlights, because the track is always lit…….So’s my brother, but he still needs headlights…” then Cars is the movie for you. I’m not ashamed to admit that if I’m flicking through the channels, I will stop on Cars and watch it for a couple minutes. AND I did shed a tear the first time I saw Cars and Lightning McQueen pushed Mr. The King over the race line so that The King could finish his final race.
So you can imagine my surprise and my delight when my husband directed me to drive past a local store in our community to see “something”. Well, this something turned out to be this:

I think I was the most thrilled person in the care. Mookie was a bit disappointed because he expected the King to talk to him.

I read your post and I just had to comment! I JUST watched CARS last night with my boyfriend and we watched the Incredibles the night before! He’d never seen any Pixar movies (can you believe it??) and I told him oh no, we must fix that, lol. The Incredibles and Cars are my two favorites:D. VERY nice to meet a fellow Cars and Incredibles lover:). Your blog is great btw:).

I loved Cars and liked the Incredibles. I know how he feels about the King not talking to him, lol.
